For live events hosted by us, unless it is specified our events are 16+, under 16 years of age you must be accompanied by a responsible adult. For rehearsal rooms there is no age limit, and we do offer ear protection at the bar. We are willing to put on age specific nights too, so if this is something you wanted to organise get in touch!

Yes! The venue has a selection of electric & acoustic guitars, bass guitars, amplifiers, keyboards, drum breakables, music stands, extra microphones and stands! Our prices are competative for hiring these for your session! Currently we do not hire off site from Green Rooms

Easy, when you arrive at the venue speak to one of our staff members and we'll happily help you with gear requests and cost. Our equipment can be hired for the full session duration, not per hour. Any damage to our equipment must be paid for please see the terms and conditions when booking.

Yes! We hold a full license for alcohol, however OFF SITE ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED! To purchase alcohol you will need to provide proof of age

Ticket Terms & Cancellation PolicyRefund Requests: We offer full refunds (excluding booking and transaction fees) for requests made up to 14 days before the specific event date.Late Cancellations: Within 14 days of the event, all tickets are strictly non-refundable, as we have already committed venue, production, and artist costs.Lineup Alterations: Artist lineups are announced in advance but remain subject to change due to illness or travel disruptions. Refunds will not be issued for changes to supporting acts, provided the event itself goes ahead.Official Resale: If you can no longer attend and are outside the refund window, you may resell your ticket, however you must notify us of the attendee’s name change that corresponds to your ticket.Event Cancellation or Postponement: If a specific show is cancelled by us, you will receive a 100% face-value refund automatically. If a show is postponed to a new date, your ticket remains valid. If you cannot make the new date, you will have 14 days from the announcement to claim a full refund.Third Party Organised Events: Green Rooms holds no responsibility over tickets for Third Party Events.
